Buyer demand has continued to grow in strength since April when home values were fair yet taken off the market faster than last year. But in June, sellers of luxury homes entered the market again and the new listings for high-value homes soared. The market had experienced almost a 50% decrease in listings during April and May from the year before, but that number has been dramatically reduced to being down only 9% in June.
